Before Working with Me

-Please specify what you are looking for when you first message me. I do not respond to messages that only say "hi" or something similar. Please specify that you are wanting a commission.
-Specify what you are looking for in the commission. I.E. state whether you are looking for a sketch, an illustration, etc.
-Please make sure that all details for the characters are correct. If you do not have a reference, please provide a DETAILED description and many reference images (mood boards, other artist drawings, etc.)
-I am a SFW artist exclusively. I will not draw anything NSFW however I am fine with drawing artistic nudity.
-I will not do fetish work even if you consider it SFW. Any fetish will be considered NSFW, and any thinly veiled attempt to get around it will be ignored.
-You MUST 18 years or older, or a minor with permission from a parent or guardian to order a commission from me.
-Responses for both commission requests and corrections are expected in a timely manner. If there is no response from the customer after a week, your commission request or correction request becomes void. Please mention beforehand if it will take longer so that the artist can make an exception.

Payments and Refunds

-Base prices are in USD only. Please convert into your own currency before commissioning to make sure you have the appropriate funds and/or are sending the correct amount of money.
-All payments are made via invoices sent to clients using Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or other funds transfer services. Please DO NOT send money through my Paypal.me link unless it is a donation. I do not accept cash payments, payments via mail, or money orders.
-Slots cannot be held for any reason if payment cannot be made immediately upon inquiry.
-Full refunds are permitted only if I have NOT started on your piece. There are NO refunds on any sketch pieces whatsoever.
-Partial refunds are given during the sketch phases of line, lineless, illustrations, and reference sheets. These are done on a case-by-case basis but refunds will not exceed 50% of the original price.
-Refunds for completed commissions are not permitted for any reason, so please specify any changes beforehand.

Artist and Client Rights

As the artist:

-I retain full rights to my artwork, including (but not limited to) the ability to do the following with your commissioned image: to promote myself online, to include it in portfolios, and to make and sell merchandise featuring the image
-I have the right to deny any commission with or without giving a reason for the decline. This also applies to posting art, as I have the right to either post or not post artwork on any social media of my choosing
-I have the right to cancel a commission at any point. This is rare but may occur if: the client is unresponsive, messages from the client are incoherent or difficult to understand continuously, the client in any way wishes to use the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or other crypto-based token/currency, the client wishes to upload my art to any AI art site, etc.

As the client:

-You have the right to your original character featured in any piece.
-You have the right to use the image in any nonmonetary/non-commercial way. This includes making the art your profile picture on socials, wallpaper, social media banners, and logos with the one stipulation being that you give proper credit. This can be done by linking back to any of my socials or websites or listing my username as the artist. You are also welcome to print personal material (stickers, posters, etc.) of the piece as long as they are not sold.
-You are not allowed to claim the art as your own nor use the art for any commercial purposes. All pieces of art are for PERSONAL use only unless otherwise stated by and discussed with the artist.
-You are not allowed to sell any physical or digital content of the art, edit the art, or remove my watermark and signature from the art. Doing this is considered art theft and will result in a blacklist and in more severe cases, a DMCA takedown.

Will do and Won't do

These are not meant to act as all-encompassing but rather a general set of guidelines to know what I can and can't do. There are exceptions to most of the rules so don't take this as everything set in stone. I take every commission on a case-by-case basis so if you are wondering if I will draw your idea don't be afraid to ask. I'm usually open to trying new things and getting experimental with my style so feel free to throw any ideas my way
